In May, Monchique back the celebrations with the Feast of M, which gave the local products such as arbutus, honey and cake pan, made with honey and corn.
June is the month of October of Portuguese gastronomy, in Lagoa, where restaurants from north to south of Portugal gives to know the specialties of their regions.
