Name: Lightweight Milk Cream Monte das Figueiras Style
Ingredients: 1 liter of milk, 6 tablespoons flour, 1 lemon peel, 200 g of sugar, 4 eggs and toasted flaked almonds.
Preparation: In a pan place the milk, egg yolks, flour and lemon.
Stir well until all the yolks become undone.
It takes the heat and stir continuously until it begins to thicken.
Apart whip the egg whites.
In another pan place the sugar with three drops of water to make caramel and then joins the cream stirring constantly to discard and not be hard.
Take from heat and add the egg by wrapping them with a wooden spoon from the bottom up. Pour the cream on a platter and decorate with toasted almonds and chipped over.
