Ingredients For the carrots: Carrots, garlic, bay leaf.
Ingredients for the sauce: Oil, vinegar, chopped garlic, a sprig of coriander, a sprig of parsley, chili powder to taste
Preparing the sauce: Stir well the oil, vinegar, chopped garlic a sprig of cilantro, parsley and chili powder and allow to rest.
Preparation of carrots: Peeled cut up the carrots into rings and bake in water with salt, garlic and a bay leaf. Are drained, placed in a bowl and sprinkled with the sauce. Serve fresh.
