There are protests inside and outside the Bella Center, the location of the ongoing UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen. Starting today, the number of representatives of Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) admitted to the enclosure was drastically reduced. Of the 20 thousand of the first week the organization intends to reduce to just 90 on Friday, however value changed to 500. This measure is to rebel delegates and participants, who accuse it of lack of democracy.
There is also information that the President of COP15, Connie Hedegaard, has just resigned and was replaced in the negotiations by the Danish Prime Minister Lokke Rasmussen.
