Querença Homemade Bread with Cod fish and pennyroyal Soup
Ingredients: 4 slices of cod, 1 sauce found in pennyroyal, 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, peeled 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 deciliter of olive oil, 1 bay leaf, salt to taste, homemade bread tough.
Preparation: Crunch the onion and garlic and put to cook with olive oil to saute, along with the bay leaf.
Then place the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and let it cook.
Then join the slices of cod and cook until chopped pennyroyal.
Meanwhile cut the bread into small slices in a container, pour the prepared soups with bread and chokes with a dish for 15 minutes.
