Ingredients for the dough: 6 eggs, 125 gr of margarine, 2 cups sugar, 4 cups flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, zest of 1 lemon.
Ingredients for cream: 2 cups sugar, 2 cups of hot milk, 1 cup of nuts.
Preparation: To make the cream burns sugar, pour the milk and joins eventually the cup of nuts.
To make the cake hits the butter with the sugar, place the egg yolks and add to the cream, leave to cool slightly.
They join the egg whites and then the flour.
Go to bake about 1 hour.
Finally take another dose of cream and pour over the still warm cake.
