Ingredients: 1 / 2 kg of Young Goat (leg or hand) cut to pieces; potato; garlic; pepper; Laurel; salt; salsa; onion; butter;
Preparation: The day before, make a paste with crushed garlic, pepper, bay leaves and salt.
Take the roast in the oven in a pan greased with butter, and topped with onion, parsley and potato pieces.
Bakes in about 25 minutes.
